AceShowbiz - Kourtney Kardashian reportedly wants her baby daddy Scott Disick to sign a prenup before she'll even consider a reconciliation. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star is worrying about the future of her kids as her baby daddy is back to his partying ways.
"Scott will never be able to make up for leaving [Kourtney] and his subsequent partying," an insider tells Radar Online, "Things were so nasty there for a while that she was scared he would try and take the kids."
Kourtney's lawyers are pushing the mother of three to force Scott to sign a prenup. "Kourtney was hoping he wouldn't try to create problems again, but her lawyers want him to sign on the dotted line just in case," the insider adds, "Only after he does will she even start to think about if they have a future together or not as husband and wife."
Previous report said Kourtney left "broken-hearted" after learning that Scott threw wild parties and invited a number of girls during the Sundance Film Festival over the weekend.
"Kourtney is broken-hearted and feels played by Scott for the millionth time and she is over it," a source told HollywoodLife.com, "It wasn't enough that Scott disappeared on Kim [Kardashian] during their recent trip to Dubai, but now Scott is on his own vacation again at Sundance."
"Kourt loves Scott so much and they have such a great time together when things are going well... but Scott never fails to leave Kourtney and the kids to indulge in his own selfish behaviors," the source continued, "Scott has disappointed her and the kids once again by not being present lately and Kourtney simply does not know what to do. She feels stuck in this terribly unhealthy cycle with the father of her children but her strong love and bond for him prevents her from finding a healthy way to stop the madness."
