The 31-year-old singer has settled the custody case with the rapper as they've agreed to joint custody of two-year-old son Future Zahir Wilburn.

AceShowbiz - Ciara and ex-fiance Future are done with their nasty custody battle. According to a new report from TMZ, the "I Bet" hitmaker has settled the custody case with the 33-year-old rapper over their only child, six-year-old son Future Zahir Wilburn.

Ciara and Future have agreed to joint custody, claims the news outlet. However, the child will allegedly spend most of his time with the 31-year-old singer given her ex-fiance's touring schedule. The site adds that Future will also have "reasonable access" to meet his son.

Reps for both Ciara and Future haven't given any confirmation regarding the custody agreement. Sources say that the exes' decision to end their feud comes after they both decided to move on with their respective lives.

Ciara and Future got engaged in October 2013. The "Like a Boy" singer gave birth to their first child together, baby Future, in May 2014 before splitting in August. It's the fourth child for Future, who has children from his previous relationships, and the first for Ciara. Ciara is now married to NFL player Russell Wilson, and is expecting their first child together.
