While the Canadian singer reclaims his throne, the soundtracks of 'Moana', 'Sing', 'Suicide Squad' and 'Trolls' dominate this week's top 10.

AceShowbiz - The Weeknd's "Starboy" returns to No. 1 spot in its sixth week on the Billboard 200 chart. The album climbs from No. 2 to No. 1 with 69,000 equivalent album units sold in the week ending January 5, according to Nielsen Music.

The Canadian singer's third studio album debuted at No. 1 six weeks ago and fell to No. 2 in its second week but still managed to stay within the top three of the list each week since. The album sold and streamed well, and all 18 songs on the record charted on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

"Starboy" is highly supported by its lead single of the same name, which reached No. 1 spot on the Hot 100 chart after eight non-consecutive weeks at No. 2. The album also performs well as its follow-up single "I Feel It Coming" stays within the top 40 on the Hot 100.

Back on the new Billboard 200, four soundtracks dominate this week's top 10. The "Moana" soundtrack surges to No. 2 with 64,000 units, including 44,000 in traditional album sales. Meanwhile, soundtracks of animated flicks "Sing" and "Trolls" rise to No. 8 and No. 10 with 28,000 units and 26,000 units respectively. The "Suicide Squad" soundtrack ascends to No. 9 with 27,000 units sold.

As Billboard notes, it's been 18 years since four soundtracks simultaneously populated the top 10. It last happened on September 5, 1998-dated list when the soundtracks of "Armageddon" (No. 4), "Dr. Dolittle" (No. 7), "How Stella Got Her Groove Back" (No. 8) and "City of Angels" (No. 10) occupied the top 10.

Also on this week's album chart are Bruno Mars' "24K Magic", which is steady at No. 3 with 45,000 units, and Drake's "Views", which flies to No. 4 with 41,000 units. J. Cole's fourth album "4 Your Eyez Only" slips one spot to No. 5 with 39,000 units, while the original Broadway cast recording of "Hamilton" falls to No. 6 with 32,000 units. Twenty One Pilots' "Blurryface" remains at No. 7 with 30,000 units.
