The 37-year-old Compton rapper is seeking a retrial in his sexual assault case he lost to Priscilla Rainey as he thinks that the court's decision is unfair.

AceShowbiz - The Game has been ordered to pay $7 million to Priscilla Rainey, his accuser in a sexual assault case. But he is seeking a retrial as he believes the court's decision is unfair, adding that there is a lack of sufficient evidence to support such a hefty verdict.

According to a new report from TMZ, the 37-year-old, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, thought it's "too much to pay" for allegedly groping a woman's genital. The Game then filed a motion, asking a judge to grant him a new trial with a different jury.

The Compton rapper was accused of sexually assaulting Rainey back in May 2015 when she was a contestant on his reality dating show, "She's Got Game". He was claimed to have "forcefully reached his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks" multiple times while filming a scene in a bar.

In August, Rainey filed a $10 million sexual assault lawsuit against the "All Eyez" rapper. The reality show contestant sought the large sum of money for the "physical, psychological and emotional damages" she suffered.
