A guy who designed the Roc-A-Fella logo claims Queen Bey never asked permission to display it in her 2013 music video.

AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles is facing a lawsuit for her use of Roc-A-Fella logo. The "Single Ladies" hitmaker is being sued by a guy who designed the logo for the record label founded by her husband Jay-Z, Damon Dash and Kareem "Biggs" Burke.

Dwayne Walker claims in his suit that Beyonce never asked permission to display the logo in her 2013 music video for "Drunk in Love". According to TMZ, the designer wants Queen Bey to take it down from her music video and pay him for its use.

According to the complaint, Dwayne owns the rights to the original Roc-A-Fella logo and that it shouldn't have been used in Beyonce's music video.

The lawsuit seems to be on a shaky ground as the logo only appears in the video for a few seconds when Beyonce holds Jay-Z's Roc necklace on his shoulder. Although it is Jay-Z's pendant, the rapper is not named in the lawsuit.

Dwayne previously filed a $7 million copyright infringement lawsuit against Jay-Z over the logo back in 2012. A judge dismissed the suit in September, saying Dwayne was not entitled to royalties under a contract allegedly signed 20 years ago.

A representative for Beyonce hasn't commented on the issue yet.
