The 'Confident' singer is set to help celebrate the new year of 2017 at the annual event hosted by Ryan Seacrest.

AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato is added to the lineup of this year's "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest". She is confirmed to ring in the new year of 2017, joining previously-announced musical guest Mariah Carey.
While Carey will take the stage at the Times Square in New York, Lovato will bring the celebration to the Caribbean via a special performance from her Celebrity Cruises concert in St. Maarten. It marks the first international appearance for the show.
The event will also feature Joe Jonas and his band DNCE, country star Thomas Rhett, and music icon Gloria Estefan along with the cast of her Broadway musical "On Your Feet!". Meanwhile, the Billboard Hollywood Party will have Niall Horan as a performer.
Seacrest will host the main stage with Jenny McCarthy and Black Eyed Peas' Stacy Ferguson will return to serve as an emcee for the Hollywood party in Los Angeles.
