The Jerome depicter wears full makeup and Joker's classic attire as well as sporting the Batman villain's iconic smile in a picture.

AceShowbiz - Cameron Monaghan has once again teased his character's return in season 3B of "Gotham", further fueling speculation about Jerome's transformation into the Joker. The actor took to Twitter to share a photo of him donning what looks like Joker's makeup and costume.
Monaghan sports totally white face, slicked back hair and red lips which the Joker is famously known for. He also dons the Batman villain's classic attire consisting of a dark purple vest and a white dress shirt. If it's not convincing enough, he's making the signature Joker smile in the image.
Just like the last time he teased his character's return via social media, the "Shameless" star also quickly deleted the latest photo.
Jerome has been dubbed the proto version of Joker, until he was killed by Theo Galavan (James Frain) in the season 2 finale. It remains to be seen how the show will bring him back in the second half of the third season.
Teasing Jerome's return, showrunner John Stephen said at the TCA summer press tour that in season 3, "you have these sort of underground movements that have started to talk about Jerome and what he represented."
"Gotham" will return with the remainder of season 3 in January 2017.
