Tim Westwood shares an unreleased video of the 'Famous' hitmaker freestyling backstage in London in 2004 along with the 'Love Me Now' singer.

AceShowbiz - Veteran DJ Tim Westwood shares a never-before-seen video of Kanye West and John Legend's backstage freestyle in the wake of Yeezy's hospitalization. The video was taken in Kanye's room backstage during a concert in London in 2004.

Kanye could be seen smiling in the video as he dropped some bars. The "Gold Digger" rapper rocked a black hoodie and a gold chain necklace. John later joined the rapper by crooning the hook. The pair were singing their parts for Young Gunz's "Grown Man Pt. 2", which was released in 2005.

Kanye later took over the mic to joke around, singing, "Mee may maa mo mooovvee b***h." The "Famous" hitmaker walked around while talking randomly to the camera before launching into another freestyle.

It's nice to see Kanye smiling in the video considering his latest meltdown. The 39-year-old rapper is currently being treated at UCLA Medical Center after his physician called 911 following his bizarre rant against Jay-Z, Beyonce Knowles, President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

On Thursday morning, November 24, Kim Kardashian went to the hospital to remain by her husband's side. According to a source, she remained by his side for a few hours before going to Kylie Jenner's Calabasas home to celebrate Thanksgiving.

The source tells PEOPLE that Kanye, who's hospitalized for exhaustion and sleep deprivation, is "expected to stay for several more days." The couple's children North and Saint West are currently with Kim's mother Kris Jenner.
