AceShowbiz - Halsey seemingly shaded The Chainsmokers via Instagram after the EDM duo dissed Lady GaGa. During an interview with Rolling Stone, the EDM duo, which consists of Alex Pall and Drew Taggart, slammed GaGa's song "Perfect Illusion". "It sucks," Pall said. Taggart in a more diplomatic way said, "She's a great artist - like, Jeff Koons made a sculpture of her...."
Days after being dissed by the EDM duo, the Mother Monster clapped back at the diss when releasing "A-Yo", the track from her latest studio album "Joanne". "#AYO @TheChainsmokers maybe u guys'll like this 1 better," so she tweeted along with a peace sign and trio of cigarette emoji.
Shortly after the Twitter spat between the Mother Monster and the EDM duo, Halsey entered the feud to defend GaGa as she called her an icon and an idol. Hours later, Taggart reacted to Halsey's statement and purportedly sent her a nasty tweet from his personal account by saying, "f**k you bald b***h."
However, the tweet was quickly deleted. Taggart told fans that his account was hacked. "Guys calm down my account was hacked. I would NEVER tweet anything glide that to one of my friends," he wrote on Twitter on October 18.
After performing at the 2016 American Music Awards on Sunday, November 20, the "Ghost" songstress shared on her Instagram page a photo which appeared to be a reference to Taggart's Twitter diss. "I love my dumb bald head," she captioned a photo of herself.
She also posted a photo of herself hugging Lady GaGa. "Life made," she wrote alongside the snap.
