The 'Maleficent' actress and the 'Allied' actor may put their differences aside to spend Thanksgiving together as a family for the sake of their six children.

AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt may be reuniting on Thanksgiving despite their divorce and custody battle. The estranged couple's six children Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10 and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8 are reportedly begging their parents to spend Thanksgiving together as a family.
"Shiloh has been begging Brad and Angelina for weeks to start being nice to each other," an insider reveals, "Then she sent them both an emotional email asking for the family to spend Thanksgiving together. She let them know that it was what the kids were hoping for."
According to the insider, Angie recently called Brad and invited him over for a family holiday dinner. "It was a totally aboveboard conversation," the insider explains, "He thanked her for the invitation and she said 'I think it'll be good for us.' "
The insider tells OK! that Brad will be bringing the turkey as he "wants the kids to feel like it's the old days, like they're a family again." According to the insider, the Brangelina reunion will only be a "two-day truce."
"This split is as contentious as ever but brad and Angie know the kids need the security and stability right now," the insider shares, "They're both going to have to dig very deep. Brad's incredibly apprehensive about the thought of meeting Angelina face-to-face. But he'd put up with almost anything for the chance to spend Thanksgiving with his kids."
According to the site, Maddox is not so into the reunion idea following the argument he had with Brad back in September. Brad, however, has called Maddox with a tearful apology. "Not just for that fight but for the tension that had been growing between them as Maddox entered his teenage years [is why he said he was sorry.] Brad should've been a better listener," says the insider.
