Rob Kardashian's fiancee reveals how she got a flat stomach, just a little over a week after giving birth to her daughter with Rob, Dream Renee Kardashian.

AceShowbiz - Blac Chyna has denied rumor that she got weight loss surgery after giving birth to her and Rob Kardashian's daughter, Dream Renee Kardashian. The 28-year-old model sparked the speculation after showing her small waist in a recent Instagram post, less than two weeks after welcoming her baby girl.
"Not surgery guys," she wrote over a Snapchat video posted on Sunday, November 20 to set the record straight. "And for everybody that...yeah, sorry, try again," she additionally said.
In another Snapchat video, Chyna revealed how she got the flat tummy. "So I posted a picture of my belly yesterday and the only reason it got that flat, you guys, is from breastfeeding and breast pumping and from my body already being small before my pregnancy," she explained.
Blac gave birth to Dream Kardashian on November 10 via c-section at Cedars-Sinai hospital in L.A. It's her first child with fiance Rob Kardashian and her second overall. She has a son, 4-year-old King Cairo, from her relationship with Tyga, who is now dating Rob's half sister Kylie Jenner.
While it's not highly recommended, moms who just give birth can get abdominoplasty surgeries performed by their surgeons directly after their C-sections by request.
