In the upcoming four-way crossover, The CW superheroes will face up against The Dominators, the mind-controlling aliens who will turn the heroes against one another.

AceShowbiz - The "Arrow", "The Flash", "Supergirl" and "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" crossover isn't coming until late November, but your favorite DC superheroes recently gathered for a photo shoot for EW's new issue. Stephen Amell (Oliver Queen), Grant Gustin (Barry Allen) and Melissa Benoist (Kara) grace the cover of the magazine's November 18 edition that will include scoops of the epic event.

The crossover is based on "Invasion!", the 1988 comic book event miniseries. It will follow the plot of the said storyline, in which The Dominators, mind-controlling extraterrestrials, assemble to bring an end to the threat caused by Earth's surging population of metahumans.

Speaking of mind control, these aliens will apparently use their powers to pit the DC heroes against one another. "We're totally going to see these superheroes fight each other," EW reports.

And according to Stephen Amell, Oliver and Kara won't be getting along well at first. "I disregarded all character direction when it came to Oliver interacting with Kara. At all times. He's supposed to be mad at her, and I would just stare at her longingly," he says in a behind-the-scenes video from the photo shoot. "I told them that. They may have to cut around it, I don't know ... I immediately hit her with the cold shoulder. Or as Oliver would call it, 'saying hello,' basically."

The four-way crossover will begin with the November 28 episode of "Supergirl" and continue in all three hours of "Arrowverse" of the week.
