Baldwin breaks character to point out how mean the election has been and urge everyone to vote, while Cumberbatch joins a game show to figure out why he's so hot.

AceShowbiz - "Saturday Night Live" delivered one final take on Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump's campaigns before the November 8 election. In the cold open of the November 5 episode, Cecily Strong played Erin Burnett who invited Kate McKinnon's Clinton and Alec Baldwin's Trump to make a last-minute appeal to voters.
Burnett grilled Clinton on her latest leaked emails. Clinton argued that the FBI tried to get Trump elected, but Trump denied his tie to the FBI. Just then, an FBI agent came and offered Trump some coffee. The two kissed before the FBI agent left.
Same thing happened when Trump denied that he's got Vladimir Putin's and the KKK's support. But every time Clinton tried to point out what just happened, Burnett ignored it and was more interested in Clinton's leaked emails. "It doesn't seem like enough of a story. Let's get back to your emails," she said.
Trump then attacked Clinton, but Baldwin suddenly broke character to apologize to McKinnon for saying bad things to her. McKinnon agreed, saying, "This whole election has been so mean." Baldwin added, "I just feel gross all the time."
They later ran out of the studio and hugged opposing voters on the street. Back in the studio, Baldwin and McKinnon urged people to vote. "None of this will have mattered if you don't vote," Baldwin said. McKinnon added, "We can't tell you who to vote for, but on Tuesday, we all get a chance to choose what kind of country we live in."
Benedict Cumberbatch hosted "SNL" "on the last week of America as we know it." During his monologue, he sang about some of his accolades, from his Oscar nomination to Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) from the queen.
In another sketch, Beck Bennett hosted a game show to find out "why is Benedict Cumberbatch hot?" Vanessa Bayer, Aidy Bryant and Cumberbatch were the contestants, playing themselves. While the two ladies struggled to explain why they're attracted to the British actor, Cumberbatch himself was baffled by women's obsession to him. "Honestly, I don't know either. Some people say I look a bit like a hammerhead shark or a lizard man. And I sort of think I look a little like Sid the sloth from 'Ice Age'," he explained. But at the end, Bennett got it why Cumberbatch is hot.
Cumberbatch also appeared in a fake commercial for a "Koohl Toilet". He dropped his pants to promote a new kind of toilet where you can sit backwards and look cool. He sensually lit a match before awkwardly fixing his pants.
The "Doctor Strange" actor once again stripped down to tank top and short shorts in a sketch titled "Surprise Bachelorette", where he played one of the strippers hired to surprise a grandmother on her bachelorette party. Unfortunately, the granny died of heart attack before she got to enjoy lap dance from the two strippers and some Chicago Cub players.
In another take on the election, Dana Carvey returned as Church Lady in "Weekend Update". She pondered, "Do we vote for a bitter female android from the '90s or a riverboat gambler with a big tummy and an orange head?"
Solange Knowles served as musical guest in the episode, singing "Cranes In the Sky" and "Don't Touch My Hair". Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z were spotted backstage to support Solange on her "SNL" debut.
