Pictures of Sofia partying with Tobey surfaced after he announced his split from wife Jennifer Meyer. Rumor has it, the former "Spider-Man" actor has parted ways with his wife since June. He has since been enjoying his single life and hitting the clubs frequently.
The couple decided to call it quits after 9 years of marriage. They share two children together, 9-year-old daughter Ruby and 7-year-old son Otis. "As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship," they said.
