Cops believe that the burglars worked with someone who knew that her bodyguard Pascal Duvier was not with her on early Monday morning, October 2.

AceShowbiz - Police agree with speculations that the Kim Kardashian robbery is an inside job. Sources involved in the case have told TMZ that Paris cop as well as the reality TV star and her family believe the burglars were working with someone who knew that she wasn't guarded by security on early Monday morning, October 2.

As previously stated, Kim lost about $10 million in jewelry after five masked men broke into her and Kanye West's apartment in Paris. They reportedly confronted the concierge at gunpoint in the lobby and forced him to lead them to Kim's unit. They took the concierge back downstairs as they left the building with the 35-year-old's jewelry.

TMZ's souces say that Kim was with some friends until before she was attacked, and her bodyguard Pascal Duvier unfortunately wasn't there with her when the whole thing happened.

Pascal, who was always seen with her in the French capital, happened to be at a nearby club to guard her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner who were partying together that night. He showed up at her apartment just minutes after the burglars left the place. However, Kim's family is sure that the bodyguard was not the one tipping off the robbers.

TMZ notes that if there indeed was a tip-off person, there would be a lot of people listed as suspects. "There are multiple units in the building and lots of people involved in Paris Fashion Week knew Kim's comings and goings," the site says.

According to their sources, Paris police are now tracking suspicious activity by checking phone records of various people in and around Kim's apartment. Meanwhile, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has safely returned to the U.S. and reunited with husband Kanye and their kids.
