The 'Perfect Illusion' singer and NFL officially announce on Twitter that she will be performing at next year's Super Bowl.

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa and the NFL have officially announced that she's headlining the 2017 Super Bowl halftime show after numerously denying the rumors. The Mother Monster took to Twitter on Thursday afternoon, September 29 to share the great news.
"It's not an illusion. The rumors are true. This year the SUPER BOWL goes GAGA! @nfl @FOXTV @pepsi #PERFECTILLUSION #GAGASUPERBOWL," the "Perfect Illusion" singer wrote alongside a promotional photo for her Super Bowl gig.

The NFL tweeted a clip of "Perfect Illusion" video along with caption, "Looks like we aren't the only ones excited about @LadyGaga performing at the #SB51 #PepsiHalftime show." GaGa wrote, "HOUSTON HERE WE COME!"

The NFL previously denied rumors that GaGa was set to perform at the upcoming Super Bowl, saying they "had conversations with several fantastic artists about SB Halftime Show but no final decision."
GaGa blew viewers away when she performed the National Anthem at this year's Super Bowl. The "Bad Romance" hitmaker was applauded and cheered when she hit the high notes during her performance back in February.
