Here Is Why Miley Cyrus Wears Less Clothes!

The 'Wrecking Ball' singer quips that she ditched clothes because she didn't want people to talk about what she was wearing.

AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus stands by her red carpet boycott. "It's really not about the color of the carpet. It's more about, especially women, we get yelled at to blow them a kiss, and I don't feel like blowing you a kiss," she explained in an interview on "Today" show.

"[The photographers] yell, 'Blow us a kiss!' Like what is going on? Who are you? And then you're just kind of putting yourself out there for people to talk," she added. "I don't want people to talk about what I'm wearing. That's usually why I don't wear too much, but they make me wear clothes on The Voice and on the Today show, so this is what I chose."

She explained her role as a judge on the singing competition. "I don't think people at home realize how real this is. I wouldn't be doing this if this wasn't - what it looks like is what it is. There are no producers and directors coming up and telling you want to say or who to pick or who's coming up next," she said.

"I think even I came in with preconceived ideas of what I thought the show was and they were completely broken down ... I also think it's a part of my philanthropic life. It's being there for people and encouraging them to be who they are."

"I think the greatest thing about 'The Voice' is we get to show all different sides of us, and our music knowledge beyond our genre," she explained. "I think I have the most diverse team of all teams. I have country and pop. It has a little bit of everything and very genre-fluid and very open and cool."

"I'm the one that cries all the time because I get really attached. Even on days that we're not filming, I go there and I check in with my team."
