AceShowbiz - Was Ariana Grande the cause of Naya Rivera and Big Sean's breakup? Addressing their dramatic split on her new book "Sorry Not Sorry", the former "Glee" star revealed that she once found her then-fiance hanging out with the petite songbird in his house.
Rivera said in her book that she and Sean were having a fight when she decided to come to his house and later saw Grande there. "We'd been fighting for five straight days while he was traveling, and then on the one day that he was back in L.A., he said he didn't want to see me," the actress recalled.
" 'Well, a**hole, I've got a key to your house,' "she continued. "I walk in, go downstairs, and guess what little girl is sitting cross-legged on the couch listening to music? ... It rhymes with 'Smariana Schmande.' "
Rivera didn't really mention Grande's name, but she's clearly talking about the former Nickelodeon star, who began dating Sean shortly after he called off his engagement to Rivera in April 2014.
Rivera, who claimed she found out about her own split from Sean via the internet, then tied the knot with actor Ryan Dorsey three months later in July 2014 on the same day she was supposed to marry her ex-fiance. Meanwhile, the "IDFWU" rapper and Grande broke up in April 2015.
Rivera's memoir, "Sorry Not Sorry: Dreams, Mistakes and Growing Up", was released on September 13. In the book, she also talked about her other ex Mark Salling who was arrested last December after cops found more than 100 pornographic images of children inside his Los Angeles home.
Responding to the news, Rivera said that she's not really surprised by the scandal. "My son's nanny actually told me about it when the story broke, I can't say I was totally shocked," she wrote, adding that she's glad her relationship with the actor didn't work.
"I had no doubt that God really did have my back along the way. When Mark dumped me, I thought it was the worse thing ever, but can you imagine if that didn't happen?" she explained. "And I was laying there in bed when the battering ram came through the door?"
