The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker helps make a terminally-ill fan's dreams come true and surprises another fan who has just lost her sister in a fatal car accident.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift is known for going above and beyond for her fans and continues to do so. The singer recently reached out to a terminally-ill fan named Meghan, ultimately making her dreams come true. They chatted on Facetime for nearly half an hour.

Meghan is dying from a congenital heart defect, and one of her last wishes is talking to her idol. "Meghan wanted a phone call or a video chat with Taylor Swift," her father wrote on Facebook. But since the "Shake It Off" singer "is so popular currently there would be little if any chance of her being reached," Meghan subsequently requested a call from her favorite talk show hosts, Ellen DeGeneres or Jimmy Fallon.

After her conversation with Taylor, Meghan crafted a colorful thank-you note on Facebook. "The words thank you will never be enough to say to Taylor Alison Swift for this day & taking the time to video chat with me for 29 minutes on September 8th, 2016," she wrote. "Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Taylor."

The country/pop singer also donated $5,000 to a family of Katie Beth Carther, a fan who died in a car accident. "Kimi, No words could express how sorry I am for your loss. I know that you will keep Katie's memory alive," Taylor wrote to Kathie's sister on the family's GoFundMe page.
