Kim and Kourtney want Khloe 'to feel adored, admired, loved and cared about' after the former 'Kocktails with Khloe' host refiled for divorce from her estranged husband Lamar Odom.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian surprise their sister Khloe Kardashian with an impromptu pampering session following her second divorce filing from Lamar Odom. Kim and Kourtney surprise Khloe with all of her favorite things as they want their sister "to feel adored, admired, loved and cared about."

In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", the three sisters wear matching camouflage pajamas complete with eye patches. Khloe gets surprised when arriving at Kourtney's house. Kim explains, "Kourtney and I want to do something for Khloe, something super chill at the house, just like a little pampering Khloe moment so that she feels loved."

"What the hell is going on?" Khloe asks, to which Kourtney replies, "You're my second and most honored sister, heir of all I possess...I just wanted you to feel adored, admired, loved, and cared about." Khloe keeps asking, "I do feel. But why? What happened?"

Kourtney says, "You just refiled for divorce." Kim adds, "Even though you act strong and together, it's just like, sometimes you need TLC. This is a pampering session to keep you going."

Khloe says to the camera, "This just shows that you know my sisters do love me and they are aware of everything I'm going through. I do not have a clue what I would do without them. When you have people that you know you can depend on, even though you're going through s**t, you just know everything is going to be OK eventually."

Khloe got married to Lamar in 2009 before filing for divorce in 2013. The former couple signed their divorce papers in July 2015 but Khloe withdrew her divorce petition in October when Lamar was hospitalized after being found unconscious at a brothel in Nevada. She refiled her divorce papers in May 2016, citing "irreconcilable differences."
