Ashley doesn't get a rose but begs the other contestants to let her stay, while the arrival of Andi Dorfman's former suitor Brett Melnick shakes the relationship of Izzy and Vinny.

AceShowbiz - "Bachelor in Paradise" returned on Monday, August 22 with Jared's response to Ashley's confession that she couldn't forget him. Jared told her that he was "not romantically" interested in her and she kept crying. Jared later spoke to Caila to convince her that he's not into Ashley and wanted to be with Caila.
With four girls still not coupling up and only a man left, Emily and Haley, Sarah and Ashley were all vying for a rose from Daniel. Sarah baked him a birthday cake, while Haley kissed him to win him over. Daniel, meanwhile, was still intrigued by Ashley's virginity and after their conversation, Ashley thought she'd be getting Daniel's rose.
During the rose ceremony, Grant gave his rose to Lace, Josh chose Amanda, Nick picked Jen, Vinny unsurprisingly gave his rose to Izzy, Evan picked Carly, and Jared chose Caila. Daniel handed the last rose to Haley and twin Emily, meaning, Ashley and Sarah were sent packing.
Sarah left, but Ashley returned and asked the others to give her another chance, promising that she's going to start anew. They let her stay.
The next morning, Carl King from Andi Dorfman's "The Bachelorette" season arrived and asked Emily out. Andi's other ex Brett Melnick also came with a date card. Izzy was very smitten with Brett despite her having been really close with Vinny, but Brett had his eyes on Caila, who accepted the date. Jared, of course, wasn't happy with this.
Caila & Brett and Emily & Carl went on a double date on a booze cruise, after Caila went back and forth a lot about accepting the offer. Emily and Carl hit it off immediately, while Caila appeared to regret accepting the date as she realized that she made a "mistake" and wanted to be with Jared.
At the mansion, Ashley went after Jared again. When Caila returned, she talked to Jared and they made up. They kissed and Ashley who watched it was left in tears again.
Later, Kaitlyn Bristowe's former suitor Ryan Beckett arrived and took Haley on a horseback riding. Grant and Lace continued to bond as they got a couple massage and enjoyed champagne on hot tub. Vinny was falling for Izzy, but she began to question her feelings for him because she's interested in Brett. She even told Brett about this. Vinny told the other guys he was "crushed" and "heartbroken" and was going to talk to Izzy when the episode ended.
