AceShowbiz - As production continues on the highly-anticipated "Justice League, a new behind-the-scenes photo from the filming set made its way out online. Director Zack Snyder took to Twitter on Friday, August 12 to share a picture featuring Jason Momoa dressed as Aquaman.

The new set image offers a closer look at the 37-year-old actor in the Atlantean hero's armor with his long hair. Instead of wielding a trident, he can be seen rocking a guitar. The helmer praises the Hawaiian actor as he wrote in the caption, "Every day on set is an amazing adventure with this guy. #JusticeLeague#Aquaman @PrideofGypsies."

"Justice League" follows Bruce Wayne who enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat.

But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes - Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash - it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Momoa, who debuted as the Atlantean hero in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice", stars alongside Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Ray Fisher and Ezra Miller as the DC heroes in the upcoming film. They are joined by Amy Adams, Amber Heard, J.K. Simmons, Jeremy Irons, Willem Dafoe, Jesse Eisenberg and Julian Lewis Jones. "Justice League" is due out November 17, 2017 in U.S. theaters.
