AceShowbiz - Filming on "Thor: Ragnarok" is still underway and actor Tom Hiddleston has made his first appearance as Loki on the filming set. The actor posted on his Instagram account on Tuesday, August 9 a new behind-the-scenes photo to tease fans the return of the God of Mischief.
The British actor, who can next be seen in "Kong: Skull Island", is set to reprise his role as Thor's evil half-brother in the third "Thor" film. The new on-set image gives a first look at the raven-haired God of Mischief in his suit. Hiddleston simply captioned the image, "He's back!"
In the upcoming film, the 35-year-old actor is joined by Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo, who recently finished filming his part. Idris Elba and Anthony Hopkins are set to reprise their respective roles from "Thor: The Dark World". Cate Blanchett, Jeff Goldblum and Karl Urban are also joining the cast.
Taika Waititi directs the film from a screenplay written by Stephany Folsom. It's based on characters created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber and Jack Kirby. Kevin Feige is serving as producer. "Thor: Ragnarok" is scheduled for a November 3, 2017 release in U.S. theaters.
