Dre was handcuffed outside his home after a man called 911, claiming the rap mogul pointed his gun at him in a road rage incident on Monday, July 25.

AceShowbiz - Dr. Dre ended up getting handcuffed following a road rage dispute outside his home in Malibu. He was detained on Monday, July 25 by cops who responded to a call made by a motorist claiming the rapper/producer was carrying a gun and pointing it at him.

According to TMZ, the incident started when the motorist parked his vehicle in front of Dre's driveway. The hip-hop mogul asked the man to move his car, which the man did while cursing at Dre.

Even after Dre pulled into his driveway, the man continued to harass him, prompting the Aftermath boss to pull out his phone to record the whole thing. The guy apparently thought he was pulling out a gun and said, "Here we go again, another black guy with a gun," before calling 911.

Cops who arrived at the scene then briefly detained Dre, putting him in handcuffs and searching him. No weapon was found, but the motorist insisted on making a private person's arrest, which includes a report detailing his allegations against Dre. Police didn't take the 51-year-old star into custody, but they gave him a citation to appear in court.
