The 'Sharknado 4' star says she's happy people now know that McCarthy's radio show, on which the two ladies had a fight on air last week, exists.

AceShowbiz - Tara Reid isn't done throwing shade at Jenny McCarthy following their bizarre interview last week. Days after she got involved in a war of words with the former "The View" host on the latter's Sirius XM radio show, Reid had a Facebook Live chat with Daily Mail during which she explained the incident and took another dig at her new enemy.
Reid, who was at McCarthy's show to promote "Sharknado: The 4th Awakens", said in the new interview that she was "excited" to talk about the film before instead asked about her appearance on "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" and her past plastic surgeries.
"I'm not really sure what happened there," she shared. "I mean look I'm here to promote 'Sharknado' which is a fun film, and I went in there happy and excited and in good spirits to do an interview with Jenny, I thought it would be fun."
"Talk about 'Sharknado', that would be fun... And everything that we were not supposed to talk about, she wanted to speak about and it just got crazier, yeah," she continued and jokingly added she's glad she helped boost the popularity of McCarthy's radio show.
"Do you know what? At the end of the day I'm happy for Jenny that she wound up getting a radio show that people now know that exists and that's even on air... good for you Jenny," she said.
Reid ended up storming out of the Friday, July 15 interview with McCarthy. In a statement issued through his rep, the "American Pie" star said she was "bullied" and "felt ambushed" on the radio show.
"Tara is a positive person who is against women tearing each other down," the statement read. "She came into the show with a positive spirit and was in a happy mood. It was very unfortunate how Jenny shifted the conversation for her personal gain when the whole focus should be on 'Sharknado 4'."
