AceShowbiz - Tom Hiddleston is addressing rumors surrounding his whirlwind romance with Taylor Swift. People thought the relationship between the two stars was fake and was actually part of her new music video.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter over the phone in Australia, Tom was asked whether or not his relationship with Taylor was all a publicity stunt, as several outlets have speculated. "Well, um. How best to put this?" the "Thor" actor replied while chuckling, "The truth is that Taylor Swift and I are together, and we're very happy. Thanks for asking."
He added, "That's the truth. It's not a publicity stunt."
Tom was reportedly "planning to propose very soon" to Taylor. "Tom has discussed proposing with Taylor..and she has hinted that she's interested...she would definitely say yes!" said a source close to the "Shake It Off" hitmaker in the new issue of Us Weekly. According to the source, Tom might even do "it on a whim," because "everything has been so random and spontaneous" with the couple so far.
"He's talked about all of it: marriage and kids," added the source, "She wants marriage and they both want kids. She sees a lot of future potential with Tom. Taylor's totally into him. She is so swept off her feet. He has been a dream come true. He's so romantic, classic and chivalrous, and he's doing everything right."
