Aniston's fiance and many other celebrity pals flock to social media to show their support after she slammed the media's obsession with women's bodies.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Aniston got a lot of support from fellow celebrities, females and males alike, including her hunky fiance Justin Theroux, "Ghostbusters" star Melissa McCarthy and "True Blood" alum Anna Paquin after she wrote a powerful message to body shamers.

The "Cake" actress expressed her frustration after rumored to be pregnant, "I resent being made to feel 'less than' because my body is changing and/or I had a burger for lunch and was photographed from a weird angle and therefore deemed one of two things: 'pregnant' or 'fat.' "

In response, Aniston's beau called her his "woman crush wednesday" in an adorable picture of her sitting on the floor of a bowling alley. "Here's just one reason why," the actor/writer captioned the Instagram photo and attached a link to her essay on The Huffington Post. "#Gogirl."

McCarthy said she was "one hundred thousand billion percent" with Aniston. "Everybody needs to stop tearing down women. It's always about the way we look," she told Entertainment Tonight. "It's a ridiculous thing. I just hope it gets to the point where it's embarrassing for people to have such a shallow thought."

Paquin cheered on the "Mother's Day" star with an "AMEN!!!!" on Twitter. Sara Bareilles tweeted, "I loved this." Matt McGorry ("Orange Is the New Black") also sang praise on the social media. Other supporters included Debra Messing, Tegan and Sara and Margaret Cho.

Meanwhile, Chrissy Teigen hit back at Piers Morgan after he accused Aniston of being hypocrite. "@piersmorgan saw your piece on Jennifer Aniston. Why do you ALWAYS take the road of being the piece of shit asshole?" Teigen wrote to the British star.

In his article on The Daily Mail, Morgan told Aniston to stop photoshopping her pictures on magazine covers. "Why the media objectify and scrutinise famous women, and why little girls get confused about beauty and body image," he wrote, "it's this: female stars like Jennifer Aniston deliberately perpetuate the myth of 'perfection' by posing for endless magazine covers which have been airbrushed so much that in some cases the celebrity is virtually unrecognisable."
