AceShowbiz - Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone are bringing their new comedy series "Nobodies" to TV Land. The cable network has given a 12-episode series order to the upcoming show executive produced by Melissa and Ben through their production banner On The Day.

"Groundlings" alums Hugh Davidson, Larry Dorf and Rachel Ramras will star on "Nobodies" as friends looking to rise to fame in Hollywood by getting one of their famous friends to star in a feature script that they developed.

Ben will direct and guest star in the pilot, which was written by Hugh, Larry and Rachel. The first episode will also feature guest appearances from Maya Rudolph ("Saturday Night Live"), Jason Bateman ("Arrested Development"), Jim Rash ("Community") and Nat Faxon ("Married").

Tony Hernandez of JAX Media also exec produces for TV Land, while Michael McDonald will serve as executive producer and showrunner.

Melissa and Ben said in a statement, "Working with our hilarious and talented friends Rachel, Hugh and Larry is a complete joy. Adding a person of Mike's caliber and a network as supportive as TV Land is truly a dream come true."
