The Canadian singer apologizes to his Argentinian Beliebers, saying he can't bring his tour to the country because 'the Argentinian government won't allow it.'

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber fans in Argentina won't be catching him performing live anytime soon. The Canadian singer, who's currently on his ongoing "Purpose" tour, told his Argentinian Beliebers in a string of Twitter posts on Monday, May 16 that he's not allowed to make a stop in the country.
"Argentinian beliebers I would like nothing more than to bring the #purposetour there but the Argentinian government won't allow it. So sorry," he wrote. "If things were to change I would love to come but at this time I cannot. For everyone else in South America I look forward to seeing you."
"Argentina I do love you," Bieber continued. "It is in fact one of my favorite places to tour. I wish this was not the case. My lawyers say it is what it is." He added in another tweet, "Argentinian beliebers I would like nothing more than to bring the #purposetour there but until the legal conditions change there I can't."

Bieber gave no details about why the government disallowed him to perform in Argentina, but he does have a troubled history with the country. Back in 2013, he was accused of desecrating the country's flag by kicking it off stage when he was performing in Bueno Aires.
In 2015, a judge issued an arrest warrant for the singer to question him about a criminal case involving one of his bodyguards who allegedly assaulted a photographer. The arrest warrant was revoked later that year, but the charges related to the case were not dismissed.
