An insider says there's a reason that the 'Teenage Dream' hitmaker can't accuse the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor of cheating on her after photos of him cozying up to Selena Gomez surfaced.

AceShowbiz - Katy Perry might be seriously heartbroken when she saw photos of Orlando Bloom getting cozy with Selena Gomez, but the 31-year-old songstress can't actually accuse him of cheating on her. According to HollywoodLife.com, there's a reason that the "Roar" singer shouldn't be angry that he got close to the "Hands to Myself" singer.
A source close to Orlando claimed that the actor and the "California Gurls" hitmaker never made their relationship official. "The thing is her and Orlando never officially had the talk," the source shared. "He didn't want to put labels on things and she didn't want to push him."
"Now it's obvious why he didn't want to, he's just like every other guy she's dated, he wants to have his cake and eat it too," the source continued. "But she can't really accuse him of cheating because they never had the talk so this is a bit of a grey area."
That may be unfair for Katy. Though she and Orlando have never had a discussion about their label, he shouldn't do that because it can be hurtful to Katy.
Fortunately, Katy is not alone. She may find a supporter in Wendy Williams. During her daytime talk show on Wednesday, May 11, she suggested Katy to leave the 39-year-old actor. "Katy Perry, leave him alone. We don't need the headache," Williams said.
"The speculation is out there, your boyfriend Orlando Bloom was caught with another woman. I don't think he even cares about having a relationship with Selena, she's just a comfort zone," she added. "I don't even need the receipts of whether they slept together that night, he's neck-nuzzling. Katy, give him his walking papers, he's done."
