A man described as 'disoriented' and 'emotionally disturbed' was detained after he tried to get inside the 'Shake It Off' singer's home in The Big Apple.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift has just got another threat from an intruder. An emotionally disturbed man came to the "Shake It Off" singer's Tribeca home in New York City and tried to get inside the residence, but fortunately her security team stopped his unacceptable action.

The man, who was described as "disoriented," walked around the porch of the building, looking so suspicious. Knowing the situation, the singer's security team took a quick action by detaining the man and calling 911. According to TMZ, when police and firefighters arrived, the man was handcuffed and taken away.

In a video obtained by the site, the man appeared to carry a duffel bag, which the police searched. They did it to check whether he brought weapons or anything that could harm the 26-year-old singer. Law enforcement sources described him as "emotionally disturbed," so he was taken to a hospital for evaluation. Police said they took him to Beth Israel for psychiatric treatment and was not arrested and suspected of any crime.

Fortunately, Calvin Harris' girlfriend wasn't at home at the time to witness the incident.

This is not the first time that Taylor has dealt with an unwanted visitor. Back in February, a man with a guitar was detained outside her Beverly Hills home. He insisted to sing her a song and refused to leave until her bodyguards called the police.
