Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom Show Their Connection With This Matching Accessory at Met Gala
Celebrity

The pair, who walk the red carpet of the fundraising event separately, get us feeling nostalgic as they accessorize their Prada outfits with matching Tamagotchis.

AceShowbiz - Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom didn't pose together on the red carpet of the 2016 Met Gala, but they showed that they're linked to each other by wearing matching accessories. The pair, who were both wearing designs by Prada, brought the 1990s to the Monday, May 2 event as they rocked Tamagotchis.

Katy wore the Tamagotchi along with several keys which hung on her black velvet gown that perfectly fit the night's theme "Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology". She completed her bold look with a sky-high, coifed updo, dark lips and bleached eyebrows.

Orlando, meanwhile, looked gorgeous in a black and burgundy suit. His Tamagotchi stood out a little more than Katy's as it hung from his suit pocket.

Tweeting from the annual fundraising event which was held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Benefit in New York City, the "Roar" singer said, "I think my tamagotchi just shat itself to death #busy #tech #metgala."
