After avoiding a deposition twice, the 22-year-old singer must finally face it in a plagiarism lawsuit over his collaboration song with Usher 'Somebody to Love'.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber is set to undergo a deposition in a plagiarism suit over his collaboration song with Usher "Somebody to Love". According to Radar Online, the "What Do You Mean" hitmaker must attend the deposition scheduled in Virginia Beach on Friday, April 29.

Justin is expected to answer questions related to musician Devin Copeland's accusations of stealing his music for "Somebody to Love". The case will now be decided after a trial. Devin is seeking $10 million in damages.

Devin's 2013 suit revived in June 2015 when a federal appeals court ruled that the case which was previously dismissed could now move forward. The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia found that Justin's song and Devin's version shared "almost identical rhythm" and a "strikingly similar melody."

"After listening to the Copeland song and the Bieber and Usher songs as wholes, we conclude that their choruses are similar enough and also significant enough that a reasonable jury could find the songs intrinsically similar," read the ruling.
