The country singer unveiled the black-and-white artwork and once again told fans that it's his best album to date in the Monday, April 18 episode of 'The Voice'.

AceShowbiz - As he continued to prepare the release of "If I'm Honest", Blake Shelton has unwrapped the official cover art for the album. The country superstar showed off the artwork during the Monday, April 18 episode of "The Voice".

The cover is pretty simple, featuring a close-up picture of the singing competition's coach looking straight at the camera. His name and the album's title are written in white and blue letters across the black-and-white image.

"I'm excited about it. I think it's the best I can do. I literally think it's the best I can do," Shelton teased the forthcoming record. He jokingly added, "Thats probably going to be my last album, I think it's my last album. I'm just a coach on 'The Voice' from now on."

"If I'm Honest" is due out on May 20 and has been preceded by the single "Came Here to Forget". Shelton previously said similar things about the album being his best work to date in a statement accompanying the album announcement a few weeks ago. "This is the most excited I've been about a new album since the release of my second record," he said at the time.

Shelton is supporting the album with a fall tour that kicks off with a two-night concert in his hometown of Oklahoma on September 9 and 10 at Chesapeake Energy Arena. The trek includes a stop in other cities across the U.S. including Albany, Hartford and Boston, as well as two-night stints in St. Paul and Brooklyn.

"Man, I'm just so excited about 2016," Shelton said. "We've got a new album coming and I can't wait to get back out on the road and play some new music for my fans. As an artist, my favorite thing to do is go on the road and play shows. I've missed it, and it's gonna be like old times. So y'all get ready to party, 'cause Blake Shelton is comin to see ya!"
