The U.K. 'X Factor' judge also released a statement to debunk her former husband's insinuation that 'the truth always come out.'

AceShowbiz - Cheryl Fernandez-Versini (previously known as Cheryl Cole) refused to be called a "cheater" after rumors spread that she started dating Liam Payne two months before her split from husband Jean-Benard. The singer fired back at haters, tweeting on Saturday, April 16, "If anybody believes the s**t they're reading today you really don't know me at all."

It's a matter of time order that the three parties were arguing. According to The Sun, Jean-Benard was informed by "The X Factor" insiders that Cheryl's relationship with Liam started in October. Earlier reports said Cheryl and Liam did not start dating after December, after she officially split from Jean-Bernard.

Jean Bernard himself had addressed the situation without giving names. He posted an image on Instagram with the caption, "I never seen anybody standing up and defend me. I guess because it wasn't in their interest. And now suddenly when the truth always come out, certain people that love to say that they don't comment on their private life can't help themselves but to justify themselves which for me seems even more strange."

Cheryl refused to take the blame and released a statement to Mirror Online via her rep, "Jean Bernard's information about when Cheryl started her relationship with Liam is false." Liam appeared to have supported his girlfriend by retweeting a fan's message which said, "Cheryl's the most selfless and kindhearted human you will ever come across in your life. I just don't understand why people are so cruel."
