AceShowbiz - "Gilmore Girls" revival pictures in the new edition of EW magazine have been officially released online after a fan shared a snap of one of the photos yesterday. In addition to a picture of Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Luke (Scott Patterson) holding hands, there's a look at Rory (Alexis Bledel) standing in front of what looks like a classroom.

While the magazine won't reveal what Rory's job is, it appears that she's teaching at Chilton or guest-speaking at her alma mater. As for the status of Lorelai and Luke's relationship, EW confirms that they're still not married.

In another shot, Lorelai and Rory are dressed in colorful outfits for an audition of Stars Hollow musical. Another Gilmore girl, Emily (Kelly Bishop) who is now a widow, gets the spotlight in another image.

To the magazine, series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino once again talks about the last four words that she had had in mind before someone else took over the reign during the seventh and last season of the series. Now that Netflix revives it, Sherman-Palladino has shared the secret with Graham and Bledel, who hint that the closing words will sound like a cliffhanger than a closure.

"It's not as resolved as I thought they would be. I thought they would be, 'Honey I'm home!' or something like, 'Goodbye, small town!' So I was like, 'Oh? Really?' " Graham shares. Bledel also tries to describe it, "It is very much what Amy wanted. If anyone knows her storytelling they'll maybe know what to expect. I honestly don't know what to say about it without using specifics. It does kind of, hmm, it does kind of throw you."

As for the musical, it will be about the history of Stars Hollow. Tony Award-winning composer Jeanine Tesori has written the score for the musical which will be featured in the third episode. Sutton Foster, who is added as a new cast member, will perform a musical number along with Christian Borle and Kerry Butler.

To make it more exciting, Melissa McCarthy has confirmed that she will reprise her role as Sookie St. James after months of denial that she would return for the Netflix revival. "I'm so excited... and they're gonna be amazing," she said on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show".

Yanic Truesdale, Keiko Agena, Liza Weil, Danny Strong, Milo Ventimiglia, Jared Padalecki and Matt Czuchry are among other stars tapped to return for the four-episode continuation.
