AceShowbiz - Are David Beckham and his wife %Victoria Adams% headed for divorce? Newly released court filing from Victoria's fashion company Victoria Beckham, Ltd., obtained by Radar Online, reveal that David secretly resigned as a director of the company on December 10, 2014 after six years helming the company with Victoria and CEO Robert Dodds.

According to the docs, the company's "entire issued share capital was transferred to" VBL parent company Beckham Brand Holdings, Ltd., and reissued with 1/3 going to Victoria, 1/3 to David, and 1/3 to Dodds. "[All] contracts held by the company related to the David Beckham brand were transferred during the year to DB Ventures Limited, a sister company" that is specifically "focused on exploiting the David Beckham brand," without Victoria, the papers stated.

Victoria, however, isn't going solo with VBL just yet as she still owes to "group undertakings." According to the filing, the former Spice Girls member "has not disclosed transactions with the ultimate parent company," Beckham Brand Holdings, but she owed $9,959,787 to "group undertakings" - nearly half of the company's total $21,806,237 debt to creditors. The total profit for 2014 was $1,743,130.

Representatives for David, Victoria and VBL haven't commented on the issue yet.

Divorce rumors have been circulating David and Victoria since 2014. In May 2014, the powerhouse couple sold their notorious "Beckingham Palace" estate in Hertfordshire. In August 2015, they sold their Madrid mansion. Meanwhile, in October 2015, they sold their French villa on the Cote d'Azur.

Last month, David's rep denied the split rumor, telling Gossip Cop the story was "100 percent" wrong and clarified that the couple remained "very much together."
