The former Disney star plays an acoustic version of the song at a complete stranger named Natalie's dining room as she helps the host celebrate one-year anniversary of his talk show.

AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato crashed a complete stranger's house as she helped James Corden celebrate one-year anniversary of his "Late Late Show". The singer visited the house of a random girl named Natalie and took over her dining room to perform a stripped-down version of her latest single, "Stone Cold".

Lovato's set was pretty simple. She emotionally belted out the heartwrenching ballad while accompanied only by a pianist. Corden, his crew and his other guests that included Colin Farrell and Wanda Sykes all seemed to be blown away as they looked on from a nearby sofa.

Before her performance, Lovato sat down with Corden and his other guests for an interview, during which she revealed that playing an intimate show was harder for her than playing a huge arena. "When you are in a small environment, if you suck, the person is like two feet away from you and they're looking at you like you're doing a terrible job," she explained.

"Stone Cold" appears on Lovato's latest album, "Confident", which came out last October and peaked at No. 2 on Billboard 200. To promote the record, Lovato will join Nick Jonas for their co-headlining tour that launches later this year.
