AceShowbiz - Mariah Carey is set to tie the knot with her fiance James Packer on the exclusive island of Barbuda in the Caribbean. According to TMZ, the "We Belong Together" hitmaker's wedding ceremony will be a private affair with only 50 guests attending.
Sources close to the couple tell the site that Mariah is planning to exchange vows with James this summer on the island where her fiance is currently building a private $250 million resort with Robert De Niro. While there is no word on the exact date, it's likely be sometime after mid-June.
Mariah is only inviting a small group of friends, who will be flown in on private jets. However, the invitations haven't been delivered yet, so the "All I Want for Christmas Is You" singer could change her mind.
Mariah has been on a comeback after landing new management. She is ready for a sold-out Las Vegas stint, a new 10-part docuseries on E!, and her first European tour in a decade.
