AceShowbiz - It looks like "The Life of Pablo" wouldn't be the only Kanye West project to get no physical release. As he returned to Twitter on Monday, March 7, the rapper revealed his plan to stop putting out his music on CDs.
"I was thinking about not making CDs ever again... Only streaming," 'Ye wrote. He continued that his previous album "Yeezus", which famously features no artwork and only has a strip of red tape on its clear jewel case, "was an open casket to CDs r.i.p." He added, "Uuuuuuum, so there it is... No more CDs from me."

Days after dropping "T.L.O.P." last month, Kanye said on Twitter that the album would never go on sale and would only be available on Tidal. Because of that, the Jay-Z-owned service's subscriber base has reportedly doubled from 1 million users to 2.5 million. So far, the "Gold Digger" hitmaker still keeps his promise though there have been rumors that the LP would be physically released due to its success.
Kanye is now working on a new album called "Turbo Grafx 16". The record is scheduled to be released sometime this summer.
