The One Direction member has reportedly hired a lawyer to fight for custody of his newborn son Freddie as Briana didn't let him see her baby.

AceShowbiz - Louis Tomlinson has lawyered up to fight for custody of his newborn son Freddie. According to TMZ, Louis alleged his baby mama Briana Jungwirth didn't let him see her baby. Sources connected to Louis tell the site that Briana "has gotten greedy and wants money ... and lots of it."
The One Direction member claims Briana is using their 1-month-old son, Freddie Reign, to leverage a bigger payday. It's a surprising turn as Louis got Briana a 3 bedroom home in Calabasas while he's renting a $21 million home in L.A. to be close to Freddie.
Louis is reportedly seeking for an order forcing Briana to give him some custodial rights, including significant access to his son.
Previous report said Louis had no interest in taking paternity test. The 24-year-old singer was confident that Freddie is his flesh-and-blood that he doesn't need to take the test. While his legal team would love to conduct DNA test on Freddie, Louis is reportedly fine with just being his father.
