The daughter of former Alaskan governor Sarah Palin posted a picture of a cryptic quote on Instagram, just a day after her ex-fiance announced that he won their custody battle over son Tripp.

AceShowbiz - Bristol Palin took to Instagram to express her feeling after her ex-fiance Levi Johnston won their seven-year custody battle over their son Tripp. Sarah Palin's daughter posted a photo of a cryptic quote, just a day after Levi announced his win on Facebook.

"Always be careful of what you hear about a woman. Rumours either come from a man that can't have her or a woman who can't compete with her," the quote read. Oddly enough, on the previous day, Bristol posted a picture of a positive quote by Jane Blaustone. "The best security blanket a child can have is parents who respect each other," the picture stated.

Back on Tuesday, February 23, Levi, who was engaged to Bristol twice before splitting in 2010, took to Facebook to express his happiness. "I'm so happy to have my son in my life and to put all of this back in forth in the courts behind me," he stated on the Facebook post that he has since deleted. "It might have taken me 7 years and cost me around $100,000 in lawyer fees, spread out among 3 different lawyers, as well as a lot of patience, but it was all worth it."

"Despite what some have heard I've always been there for him, and I go to almost every school event that I can and spend all of my free time with my kids. Right now life is really looking up for our family," Levi added after stating that he and Bristol are now "successfully co-parenting."

He ended his post with a motivational message for fellow fathers who also fight for custody of their children. "Even though fathers in this country don't usually have the upper hand in court, I encourage every father to never give up on fighting to keep their kids in their life," he wrote. "It's always worth it."
