While legal battle between the record producer and the 'Tik Tok' hitmaker continues, he allegedly deleted a picture of the singer sleeping in bed which he tweeted in 2009.

AceShowbiz - The legal battle between Kesha (formerly Ke$ha) and her producer Dr. Luke seems to be heating up. In the midst of their custody war, a Twitter user noticed that the producer had allegedly deleted a picture of a sleeping Kesha which he tweeted back in 2009.

In the picture, Kesha was sleeping with a white blanket wrapping her body. She sported messy hair and wore no makeup. "Damn my artists work hard!!!!!!!!" Dr. Luke captioned the photo. The producer also once wrote to the singer, "I'm worried about what THEY gonna do!!!!... from me you just your usual spanking for being bad!!!! :-P"

What Dr. Luke did can be considered incriminating evidence when the actual trial between him and Kesha begins next year. This is surprising because the producer recently denied that he ever raped or had sex with the "Crazy Kids" hitmaker, although she claimed he did.

As previously reported, Kesha accused Dr. Luke of abusing and raping her when she was 18 years old. In her lawsuit filed in 2014, the "Tik Tok" singer demanded to be released from her six-album contract with the producer, with the hope that she would never collaborate with him again. However, a New York Supreme Court Justice denied her request on Friday, February19.

A number of celebrities like Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, Kelly Clarkson and Iggy Azalea have since showed their supports for her. Taylor Swift also proved that she's on Kesha's side by donating $250,000 to the 28-year-old singer.
