First meeting the songstress at last year's Coachella, Weaver said Perry continued to ignore her words and pretended she did not exist.

AceShowbiz - One person in the showbiz thought Katy Perry is a bully. Aspiring singer and songwriter Ryn Weaver blasted the pop singer for taking their friendship at last year's Coachella music festival for granted.
In her first tweet, Weaver made a comment on Perry's tweet of Hilary Clinton and said it was nothing but a paid endorsement. "LOLOLOL SORRY NOT SORRY OLEASE (sic) OPEN UR EYES.. THIS TWEET IS IGNORANT IF NOT FUNDED BYE https://t.co/cbcPOezuhu'," Weaver tweeted and added a link to the video with the title "Hillary Clinton lying for 13 minutes straight".
Weaver, who has since deleted her tweets, added later, "No offense @katyperry but considering how much of a bully you were to me.. I hope u don't mind my mindful disagreement w ur $ endorsement." She did not stop there. The budding singer explained how the bad blood escalated at Drake's gig at 2015 Coachella. "if u must know.. She came up to me and my friends.. Knowing I played.. After we were friends.. Then stared at me the whole time she spoke to my friend waiting for me to speak...," Weaver recalled.
"Anytime I spoke she started turning her head around pretending she heard something... Then said 'dos [sic] u hear something?' While staring at me.. Anytime I spoke.. After we were already friends.. Did this the entire night..."
She continued, "Then came w us to drake and stared at me the WHOLE SHOW.. Then any time I caught her eye out of my periphery she proceeded to alert her entire posse saying 'that ryn weaver girl is soooo obsessed with me' loud enough for my entire group of friends to hear.. While talking why the WHOLE NIGHT loud enough for me to hear.. After pretending o I didn't even exist."
Weaver later compared the "Fireworks" singer to "Mean Girls" character Regina George. "Technically I'm a Katy cat too.. Or was. I was personally victimized by Regina George tho..," she ended her rant.
