Barry has to stop the villainous Tar Pit while at the same time teaming up with Wells to figure out a way to close the breaches.

AceShowbiz - Meet Tar Pit, The Flash's villain who can drown people in tar! In a preview for next week's episode of the superhero series, Barry can't hide his astonishment to the baddie's ability, but he must stop Tar Pit before he claims more victims.
The episode will also see Barry dealing with guilt for not being fast enough when he can't save someone close to him. Iris is seen being injured with a piece of broken glass which Barry failed to catch.
"Fast Lane" airs Tuesday, February 2 at 8/7c on The CW. In the episode, Barry teams up with Wells to figure out a way to close the breaches, but they are distracted by a meta-human nicknamed Tar Pit (guest star Marco Grazzini) who can transform into liquid asphalt.
Iris is concerned for Wally's safety after she finds out about his drag racing hobby. When he refuses to stop she makes a bold move that puts her in danger.
