AceShowbiz - Pregnant Chrissy Teigen was spotted heading to the gym in Los Angeles on Friday, January 22. She looked fabulous wearing a pair of black leggings and a black-and-white sports bra, which fully displayed her growing baby bump. She completed her sporty look with a black leather jacket and aviator sunglasses.
John Legend's wife, who announced her pregnancy back in October, previously admitted that she copied Kim Kardashian's maternity style. The "Lip Sync Battle" commentator was told by Kim to "go stretchy" and not to be shy to show off her baby bump, considering that the two are married to men who found "pregnancy sexy." Chrissy said of Kim, "She told me to go stretchy. I always wanted to be the person who showed off the bump because it looks beautiful and I think you should embrace it."
In other news, Chrissy's trainer Simone De La Rue said that the 30-year-old model kept her body fit during pregnancy by working out five days a week. "She's very dedicated," De La Rue said. "When you're in the spotlight, you have to take care of your body if you want to get your body back as quickly as you can."
"We work on firing from the glutes to strengthen and keep a tight perky bottom throughout this," De La Rue added. "[We also work on] stabilization and balance, because it's something you have to work on as you're growing and the baby's growing - your balance really goes off [so you have to] keep strengthening the tendons and ankles."
