MacKenzie Bourg who was on 'The Voice' season 3, Amelia Eisenhauer who brings a katana, and Miranda 'Poh' Scott are among the good singers in Baltimore and Philadelphia auditions.

AceShowbiz - "American Idol" season 15 has entered the last week of auditions. In the Wednesday, January 20 episode, judges Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. visited Baltimore and Philadelphia in their search for new talent.

Miranda "Poh" Scott was the first to audition that night. She's the sister of season 14's Top 24 Shi Scott. Singing "Fairytale" by Sara Bareilles, she showed her raspy tone that Keith loved. The country music crooner even compared her to Rihanna. Poh was sent to Hollywood.

Amelia Eisenhauer, a 15-year-old from Tennessee, brought her good-luck katana blade, though she didn't bring it to the audition room. She sang "Many Rivers to Cross" by Annie Lennox and Harry said she had a "mysterious quality." She got three yeses.

Joy Dove got a unanimous yes from the judges with his cover of "Jambalaya" by Hank Williams. The 21-year-old from Louisiana sang very loud and the judges loved her energy.

Up next was MacKenzie Bourg, 23, from Atlanta, who was on "The Voice" season 3 before he got eliminated. He performed a medley of the judges' songs, including Keith's "Stupid Boy", Harry's "Come By Me" and J.Lo's "Love Don't Cost a Thing". Harry said, "You are a smart son of a gun." MacKenzie got a golden ticket.

From the auditions in Philadelphia, there were brothers and the self-proclaimed "nerds", Andrew and Aaron Birdwell. They auditioned together, singing "Automatonic Electronic Harmonics" by David Michael Bennett. It was weird and Harry couldn't help laughing. The Birdwell brothers were rejected by the judges.

Jenna Renae, on the other hand, got three yeses from the judges after singing Eric Paslay's "She Don't Love You" while sitting on the piano. Her soulful rendition gave goose bumps although it was not perfect.

Mario Bonds was born with a degenerative condition that left him totally blind by age 10, but that didn't stop him from dreaming of being an "Idol". Her belted out Natalie Cole's "Inseparable" but he didn't get what the judges were looking for. It broke the hearts of the judges as Mario cried when he left the room.

Adam Lasher and Emily Brooke were repeat auditioners. The former performed a samba version of Bob Dylan's "Knockin' on Heaven's Door", and the latter nailed "Careless" by RaeLynn. Both singers were sent to Hollywood.
