AceShowbiz - Colton Haynes is on "The Grinder". The former "Teen Wolf" star has joined the cast of the FOX sitcom to play Luke, the son of Mitch Grinder, the role Rob Lowe's character plays on the show within the show. He will appear in the February 2 episode of the comedy.

According to EW which first reported the casting news, Luke is brought onto the fictional legal drama "to help 'ground' our hot hotshot attorney Mitch," who is played by Lowe's character Dean Sanderson, Jr.. "Luke tries to steer his father toward becoming a family man again rather than going down an unsavory path," the site further claims.

I'm playing Rob Lowe's son in The Grinder on Fox :) Can't tell ya how exciting this is for me," he wrote in the caption, before praising his on-screen father, "Rob is the nicest person in the world & I still can't believe this is happening haha!"

Haynes is also set to reprise his role as Roy Harper in an upcoming episode of The CW's "Arrow" that will air February 3, just a day after he makes his guest-starring appearance on "The Grinder".
