AceShowbiz - The musicians who will take it to the Governors Ball in New York City this year have been announced. Kanye West, The Killers, The Strokes and Beck are among those taking the main stage for the annual festival's sixth installment.
The festival's organizers unveiled on Friday, January 8 the list that "is way too much, I need a moment." Also performing are Robyn, of Monsters and Men, Death Cab for Cutie, Miguel, Bloc Party, Eagles of Death Metal, Against Me!, Courtney Barnett, Cold War Kids, Bat for Lashes and Albert Hammond Jr.
The festival will take place June 3 to 5 and tickets are already on sale. Beside musical acts, the event will also present art installations, lawn games and dining options from restaurants and food trucks.
Last year, Drake headlined the festival, supported by Deadmau5, Florence Welch and Weird Al Yankovic among others. West is expected to release an album, which he has been talking about for a year, before the festival takes place. On Friday, he released new music including the new track "Real Friends".
