The 28-year-old reality star is back home and is told by doctors to change his lifestyle after he was rushed to hospital over the weekend.

AceShowbiz - There are reports that Rob Kardashian is back home after recent hospitalization where he was treated for high blood sugar level. The 28-year-old was recently diagnosed with diabetes and the health scare was his wake-up call to lead a healthier life.

Rob had been feeling ill over the holiday weekend and his family took him to the doctor to take several tests. He skipped the family's Christmas bash while being treated in a Los Angeles hospital. Mom Kris Jenner said at that time that Rob was "struggling" with personal issues.

A source tells E! Online that Rob is back home and "is fine now." The insider adds that "Rob's tests revealed his blood sugar levels were very high, and doctors told him that he needs to lose weight, exercise and dramatically change his diet, or it will get worse." Rob had been struggling with depression and a 100 pounds weight gain. He had recently shed 15 pounds through exercise and planned meal.

Kris also recently shared to E! News that Rob was making good progress. "He's OK. He's just working on himself a little bit and trying to be a better Rob, so I just have to trust that he's good," she told Maria Menounos. "We're all here to support him for whatever he needs, but he's doing OK."
